Very good point David.
In TROM you are your own, case supervisor, course supervisor, student, auditor 
and PC.  You should do what works on your case.  If something goes wrong the 
repair is to run RI till things calm down then resume the process or drop back 
a level until the TROM processes start working again and continue.
