Hi vorb,

I'll refrain from telling my whole history with trom, which had many highs
and lows, for now because I fear that could project my personal issues on
you without the need to.

Maybe you should try some experimentation (varying the way you're running
the exercises) if you're totally on your own, considering this list a very
distant and laggy help. That was what I did one year ago. The
acknowledgment, resources and the tips from the people here were very
valuable. But specially the acknowledgements in my case. I've been
basically running solo all the time. I guess I'm on Level 3 now but I've
been trying some L4 when things get too boring. I also drop to L2 often,
when I get confused, and sometimes L1 (RI) takes over an hour to run
(usually it takes 10-20 minutes).

The most difficult thing to interpret about your case is the RI part.
Without RI to lean on, the other levels will eventually stuck. The events
you re running seem to be relatively clean otherwise your meter would show
something. Well I dont know I never used a meter.

The yawns over mundane events, I also dont know what that could be. Could
be over run like Pete said. I had a particular stress crisis some months
ago and I was yanwing excessively, but that wasnt just in session, and I
wasnt able to run RI then. I think they call it hyperventilating.

Good tromming
