Hi,

it seems Marcus got it right.

https://www.quora.com/What-did-Jesus-mean-by-this-If-you-bring-forth-what-is-within-you-what-you-bring-forth-will-save-you-If-you-do-not-bring-forth-what-is-within-you-what-you-do-not-bring-forth-will-destroy-you

(If you copy-paste the whole quote text into the Google search field,
you will get a lot more results. I did just check the first one above)

Nice quote. It's more about truth rather than good or bad. Unfortumately
truth is undervalued by most organized christian religions, like in most of other organized religions. Seems like we learn we are never ready for truth.

I just started reading the Nag Hammadi material,

https://archive.org/stream/pdfy-VQak8K5FtBf5Aa6X/The%
20Nag%20Hammadi%20Library_djvu.txt

and close to the beginning I came across these mysterious words:

Jesus said, "If you bring forth what is within you, what you bring forth will save you. If you do not bring forth what is within you, what you do not bring forth will destroy you."

I find them very interesting.

It makes me ask; do the words mean to do a catharsis, what we call auditing or processing?

David
