Hi Paul
I read Tom Campbell's "My Big TOE" (theory of everything) and
found it is about 800 pages of a theory that this universe can be
described as a computer simulation. I.e. Everything we see is an
appearency that manifest like an image on a tv screen due to the
programming (postulates) that say what will appear and where and
what properties it will have.
I did not find that Tom gave any exercises in how to do anything
with this theory. There was no way to teleport myself anywhere by
just thinking that i had moved or anything else practical.
That is true and in addition Tom has no processing as to how one can
improve how they operate or what it takes to operate. His only
advice is to gain knowledge through experience. It all just kind of
happens. I feel that one has to work that out for themselves. I did
and I continue to improve my skills and expand my skills. I have
been on this experience trek of my own from about 1yr old. I have
advanced far over the years.
When you completed level 5 did you find that all of life consists
of beings playing games?
Yes and No. Playing games is not all that there is. For me, the
largest part of this life was to learn and experiment and come to a
greater knowledge and understanding. By doing so I exist at higher
planes than most games and well above the average and typical
knowledge and understanding of most.
I find that everything i do and that others i am aware of do is
games that they play to generate the sensations they crave. People
want the sensations they get from eating, sex, love, acquiring
stuff etc.etc.etc.
It has been several years since I have read and studied TROM but from
vague memory, I recall that Dennis is said or inferred the idea that
once someone becomes a master player of games that there are then new
vistas and panoramas to live and explore beyond games. Being in this
physical universe, there will always be games of 'Survive' but they
all gravitate to a lesser adventure once one is no longer trapped in
them or the effect of them except for the most minor thereof for
'Survival' as an identity.
The biggest games are those played by the owners of the central
banks who get interest from all the trillions of dollars, pounds,
rubles, yen and remimbi they create out of nothing and loan to the
governments of every nation in the world except North Korea.
These guys have figured out how to rob everyone in the world of
their work and creativity and property for doing nothing but
managing the accounts.
What a game!
This is true and one of the games I play at overcoming their evil
control and criminality.
TROM starts by teaching us how to postulate with Repair of
Importance which in turn puts us in control of where we put our
attention (off the mind and on to what we are creating) and goes on
to clean up the mind with timebreaking but then goes further to
teach us how to recognize the games others are trying to get us to
play either as perpetrators while they play the victim or as
victims of their games.
Yes and if you recall, I spent some time posting as to the greatest
discovery that Dennis made, one that I came to before running into
TROM was the power of importances and how RI was in fact above all of
Dennis' Levels by the shear fact that it would remedy any
difficulties that one could run into while processing any of the
Levels. One's importances is the basis for one creating a 'Mind' and
all its beliefs, faiths and ways of handling one's life. If one will
examine one's importances and non-importances, one will completely re-
order one's mind and life in the process. Such an appraisal will
completely change one's beingness in the physical and non-physical
universes and one's entire existence.
By using the understanding of games and how they work we can put
out a pan determined postulate to get the other guy to play nice or
go away and leave us alone, we can decide not the play and just go
do something else, we can end the game by letting them "win".
We can become game masters and work to create a community where
everyone wins or assume a no games state and just do RI for a while.
Looks to me like there is a lot to do with TROM after completing
level 5.
Yes, yes, yes. And then with a 'Cleared' and open mind there are
magnitudes of knowledge and understanding that one can then partake
in through study and learning.
Keep on TROMing
