Thanks for the answer. It did help a lot, both your suggestion and your report. Indeed I tried something similar to what you've done. Since the wording of the process was a bit hard to wrap my mind around I tried to translate the concept into something more illustrative and 'edible'. I'll be definitely studying these lines. I'm guessing the 'meaning B' I assigned to the 'know' verb (as being synonimous with believe / conviction) is not its essence but a derivative meaning which caught on to the language and its dictionaries. I also did some mocking up of overwhelms (mockups of what would be overwhelming) but that was just too weird and laborious. And althouhg that provided some considerable changes it didn't seem to be what Dennis' description of the process and results should be. I've also been doing some terminal mockups with my parents to maybe smooth that area of my life since it is said to be an area rich in overwhelms.
