Hi Karalee I have waited to see if anyone working level 3 would answer you before saying anything. I moved past level 3 some time back. While there i would look at incidents form the past and time break them as Dennis recommended but soon found that i was looking for the postulate conflicts of level 5. I only did one pass through level 4 and then went with level 5.
I had to change the to be known postulate failure cycle to a better wording for me. Force on another what they are unwilling to have Withhold from another what they need Take from another what they are unwilling to give Refuse to accept what another is forcing on me. These postulate conflict wordings work well for me and have been producing gains for a couple of years now. I look around at life and how people are treating each other and see these postulate conflicts in others on others situations as well as self on other conflicts. I look over the charge in the situations until it fades to no importance and move on. I assume i will use the "to be known" wording eventually but the above is still getting results for me now.
