I think that the command that I want is TPM_SetCapability. The next question
is, Is TPM_SetCapability a command that uses the OIAP protocol? Based on the
description in the commands specification this would seem to be the case, but I
wonder if somebody with a deeper knowledge of 1.2 could please confirm this?
