   In addition to what Ken wrote below, we also compile TrouSerS with
--disable-usercheck, to obviate the need to use 'sudo' during testing. (a
'normal' build of tcsd would require that the daemon run as the 'tss'
user, such as by using 'sudo -u tss tcsd -e -f', I think.)
