Glenn - NO, because the Bible is silent on the subject.
DAVEH:  Hmmmmm.......isn't that what I've been trying to tell you.  If the Bible is silent on a subject, do you suppose it is possible that there is some of the Lord's revealed Word that never made it into the Bible as we know it?  However, if the Lord revealed his will elsewhere, then does it not seem logical that we should look to that extra-Biblical source to find out what he thinks about the matters not covered in the Bible?
Therefore God doesn't care if we do or do not baptize infants.
DAVEH:  Really?!?!?!?!   Why would you presume such?  Do you know the mind of God, Glenn?  If the Lord fails to tell you that marrying 2 males is a sin, do you automatically assume it is OK with God to create such a union?  That seems to me to be a very risky way of understanding the Lord's will through Bible interpretation, Glenn.  Is that the way most Protestants interpret the Bible, Glenn.....or have you adopted this method independently?
As far as ordaining women, the Bible is NOT silent on the subject.  The Bible talks about Phillips two daughters who were preachers.
DAVEH:  Where is that explained?
So, the BoM is in disagreement with the Bible on this.
DAVEH: Hmmmmmmm.........You've read such in the BofM????
Of course, this is nothing new.  Mormons even make Jesus to be a liar on hell fire.
DAVEH:  Hardly.  It merely clarifies one's understanding of hell fire.
Second question.  I ask you this, because Mormons are making a world wide spin to be accepted as Christians and not a cult.  A la, all this spin and changed doctrines throughout the years.  If you want me to accept you as a Christian, then you should accept me as a Mormon.
DAVEH:  I fail to understand the connection.  But IF you wish to be accepted as a "Mormon", I can have that arranged!  :-)
 I don't like double-standards.
DAVEH:  Then stay away from mirrors!   <VBG>
