There is a free will. However, the free will extends to individuals ONLY who make a choice. The Bible in it's present form is exactly as God wanted it. Individuals may change it like Joe Smith did (free to go to hell), but there is free choice on God allowing his word the Bible TO BRING PEOPLE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF SATAN.

believe the Bible is exactly the way it is because God made it that way.
This seems to be saying that NOTHING happens unless God makes it happen.
