All I had to do was get some SPAM e-mail to see that you were wrong about that. The phrase "perfect credit" is very analogous to how the word perfect does not mean absolute best. It simply means without blemish. Glenn wrote: > For a person to claim they are as perfect as Jesus > is blasphemy to me. All have sinned and come > short of the glory of God. Jesus never did sin and > He never will. That is the point. If Jesus never sinned and he never will, then if he lives through us, how can you possibly expect to sin again? Why would Jesus sin when he is living through us? Do we contaminate Jesus or does Jesus sanctify us? With regard to people claiming to be perfect, you have not heard me claim such a thing. I already told you that Job would not claim to be perfect, and neither do I. But, then again, neither do I DENY it. This is something for God to judge. Also, I have agreed that all have sinned. But what about those who are now found in Christ? Do they continue to sin? Paul wrote in Romans, "Certainly Not!" If you consider it blasphemy for someone to teach that we can walk just like Jesus, then you must consider the Bible blasphemous. John wrote: "Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world." (1 John 4:17) Peace be with you.
