Marlin, Wow; very interesting theory. It does makes sense of why the people in control seem to make such stupid decisions!
It reminds me of an eerie moment in my life about 15 years ago. My uncle, a respected judge from another city, invited my parents and me to attend an evening affair with him at a convention here in St. Louis. As we were chatting over dinner for some reason the subject of abortion came up. My uncle was a Catholic, as were my parents, and I assumed he was against abortion, as we were. To my surprise my uncle seemed support abortion, and I asked him why. I was shocked when he replied, "Oh, of course I am against abortion. But we can't make it illegal, or the blacks will outnumber whites in no time." I lost my appetite at that moment; not to mention my respect for my uncle. Postscript: Several years later my uncle died. The public only knew that the city's courthouses were all closed in his honor the day he was buried. But the family discovered many secrets about him, including the fact that he was an adulterer to the bitter end, and many other sad facts. I knew many of these things, but they were a big surprise to his children. Today his children also seem to be worse than he was in many ways. One is a cocaine addict and thief. The other is a twice divorced New Age goddess worshipper who lives with an American Indian Shaman, and has two messed up children of her own. The sins of the fathers continue to get worse with each generation. Thank the Lord that the reverse is just as true! The path of the righteous grows brighter and brighter to the new day.
