Peter, Obviously the preborn infant receives the "breath of life" through its mother until birth--if you cut that off (through the umbilical cord blood supply), the child dies prior to birth. This happens frequently due to an obstruction of the umbilical cord. I know someone who lost a child due to this in the past year.
Regarding Aardvarks--if "scientists" think we are decendants of them, perhaps the aardvark is actually smarter than you are. :-) Obviously their "thinking is futile and foolish" to try to deny that we are created by a Creator, but were descended from creatures instead.
