Things are not always as they seem.

> If you are going to spout facts and statistics like you know what you are talking about,

"like" I know?  More sniping from the uninformed, brainwashed and generally ignorant while seeking to chide me for snide remarks.

> it is imperative that YOU provide your references.

No, it is not, especially when not asked nicely or respectfully for them.  Nobody gave them to me.

My example and GUIDE is The Saviour Himself ... he didn't answer every (or hardly ANY whim) of the Pharizzies of His day with their high falutin' "we're the authorities" attitude that bamboozled the masses in their day.

> Every medical journal article goes into great detail to verify its facts;

To state an old religious cliche, "Do you know where liars go?"

not only to prove them, but also to sincerely seek correction if anything is incorrect.

Again, to state an old religious cliche, "Do you know where liars go?"

> No medical professional would dream of having such a secretive approach as to say, If you want to know where I got that bit of information, youll just have to be as witty as I am and look it up for yourself.

That would be incredibly funny if it were not so tragically untrue.  They wouldn't dream of such?  They have no problem giving everyone else nightmares with their secretive "multi-million dollar" protection racket (research and patent).  This also prevents them from looking into MUCH better options for MUCH lesser costs AND keeps out US "riff-raff" who would do so out of LOVE because we are barred by the RULES that are ENTIRELY financially driven.

The LOVE of money is STILL the ROOT of ALL evil ... just like Scripture said and says.

> To require the reader to re-invent the wheel by digging it up information you are quoting is not only stingy,

I have given away MORE (current market value) to people then you may ever see in your lifetime.  I have never withheld to those in need when I had it to give, yet have seldom received from those who have to give.

> but smacks of trying to hide the real original facts so that you can present them with your own particular interpretation. Perhaps this is how the gullible are led to believe in undocumented, innuendo-based conspiracy theories.

Perhaps you should shut off your innuendos and false accusations, and take a seat, take some notes, and learn some TRUTH for a change.

As long as you have your research at hand, wouldnt it make much more sense (and be much kinder) to provide MORE, instead of LESS, information to back up your assertions? If we are to take you seriously (as we would sincerely prefer to do), you might want to behave in such an above-board manner. This would show that you respect the intelligence of your audience.

To repeat, my example and GUIDE is The Saviour Himself ... he didn't answer every (or hardly ANY whim) of the Pharizzies of His day with their high falutin' "we're the authorities" attitude that bamboozled the masses in their day.  They didn't like it then, either.

Otherwise, you could just state it as personal opinion. We have LOTS of that on TT. J

> That's not a reference.

It didn't purport to be a reference.

> How are we suppose to look that up?

A little bit of effort is required.  You could just ask nicely for the reference, or you could use the tiniest bit of ingenuity to find it for yourself.  All the information you need to find it is in the lay (NOT scientific journal intended) article.

> Was the study
> published anywhere?

Yes.

>
> Maybe you can fill us in on sample size and how the samples were taken.

There's no maybe about it.  If you were more attentive to the mail on your own list and to Scripture (James 1:19-20) you would know these things.

If I tell someone, "Here's a chair ... have a seat", I don't launch into an explanation of the chair's design and how the construction of it will foil both the physical laws of inertia and gravity in preventing your hitting the floor.

That article was written for general distribution to common people.  It is completely accurate in all its representation.
