I get a little concerned when I see the definite article used, THE "servant of The Most High."  I have seen others making such claims come to nothing.

Thought I had misspoken (or mistyped as the case may be).  Was gettin' ready to issue a QUICK apology for callin' myself out as THE "servant of The Most High".  After double checking I found that I did not make such a gaffe.  WHEW!  Back to the battle ...

Chris ... just one "servant of The Most High"

It is starting to get hot in here!

Let's just clarify the issue.  I believe Terry takes issue with what Chris believes to be his calling, described in these terms:

"...(and the Jeremiah calling with which YahVeh has called me) into this place to draw the remnant of Yah nearer Him and His ways with my inimitable Elisha-like bombast!"

Chris:  Isn't Jeremiah the guy that had to shave his head and scatter most of it, and save about 10% in his belt?  Or am I getting confused with another.

I can understand identifying with a Bible hero, and even feeling led to be like one of them.  I do know of some who have gone off the deep end with such claims.  Nothing Chris has said would cause me to assume that he had gone over the deep end.  I cannot judge in a matter where Chris would claim to have been directly called for a specific calling; if it is of God it shall stand.  I might assume that God has blessed Chris with a good measure of eye salve because of his love of the truth, and ability to see through so many lies.  Each of us should be a "servant of The Most High."

Can the word of God be spoken with boldness and humility at the same time?  I think it can.

Ramblings on boldness: One bold talk show host, who became renowned for his conservative views, which had a measure of truth above the liberal media, had to tie half his brain behind his back.  Interesting, the trial he bears now, of hearing loss.  I remember when people waited with baited breath for Rush Limbaugh's opinion to be made up on NAFTA.  After the kangaroo debate between Ross Parrot and Al Gore, Rush sided with Al Gore.  A foolish appearing man was used to debate against the treaty.  I believe the popular media was used to sway public opinion to acceptance.  And the giant sucking sound to the south is hissing.  Enough of that.

No difference at all.  Except you repent you will be reminded of this on judgment day.
Chris ... servant of The Most High
