Chris, If you
had been around TT since 9/11 you would know that many of us believe that 9/11
was a judgment that God allowed on our nation. However, to say that
everyone who died in that conflagration deserved it because they were not
�innocent� is insulting to their memory. I�m sure that Lisa Beamer would
be grieved to hear you say such a thing. I�m sure some of them were at least
as righteous as you think you are. And whether they were or not, we
should still mourn for them.
The whole point
of God�s judgments is to bring us ALL to repentance; knowing that ANY ONE of
us could have been in that building�NONE of us deserves any better than what
happened to them. It puts me on my knees before God to know that I was
spared, when so many people were not so fortunate. God decided, for His
own reasons, who lived and who escaped. May we not make blanket judgments
about those who died. May God be feared and glorified.

We have been
much busier than usual with visitors, phones, e-mails and letters. SOME
people are getting it.
We travelled
out of state to meet with one such hungry teenager (previously a
fence-sitter). We have been counselling her by e-mail and phone.
[She JUST CALLED in the middle of this e-mail for more Bible study and
counseling! :) ] We had never been to this place before. The Holy
Spirit had people literally walking up to us asking us to pray with them, come
home with them for counsel, etc. We ended up ALL DAY LONG in this place
teaching people who had never heard of Sabbath, Feasts, and the Names about
these things, as well as a hearty message for
REPENTANCE!
YET, on the
way home, ONLY TWO DAYS after the 9/11 event, we passed by 'The Call of The
Wild' on the highway. A VERY LARGE STRIP JOINT with parking lot filled
to overflowing. Mourning? Day of Prayer the next day? Ball
games cancelled? STRIP JOINT DOING A BOOMING BUSINESS! By the way,
this strip joint advertises on the local 'Dr. Laura' program. I've faxed
her TWICE about it but it continues. Oh, well.
Just prior to
Shabbat we were able to get this REPENTANCE REQUIRED message on the
biggest station in Memphis in peak drive-time!
This station
reaches across all of Eastern Arkansas and up into Missouri, across almost
half of Tennessee and way down into Mississippi!
Our family
was much in prayer the morning of 9/11. The phones were busy; e-mail was
almost constant; people were coming for prayer and counsel.
Late in the
morning in the midst of prayer my wife began to weep, "All of those
people".
The Ruach immediately spoke these four words to
me:
"There were no
innocents."
It was a stunning word
from The Ruach ha Kadosh!
Then we began to get reports.
The only
Messianic, Spirit-filled, Sabbath and Feast Keeping assembly in Brooklyn
reported that they had several members who were detained and preserved from
their normal days work at the Twin Towers!

following from a prominent Apostolic evangelist for a large world-wide
ministry of Spirit-filled, Sabbath keepers. I know this man very well
personally:
"I received an e-mail from my sister in Toronto who said
that she and her husband had planned to fly into New York on 9/11 which was
yesterday, but had the date typed in error so their air tickets were printed
with another departure date. When you place little things from here and there
together you begin to see the hand of our Almighty God at work in our lives -
guiding and protecting us."

A dear sister
in our congregation has a nephew who worked in the WTC. He was out of the
building that day for some specialized training!

sister has a brother in Pennsylvania. The plane that went down in Pennsylvania
was RIGHT BEHIND her brother's farm but he and his property were preserved
safe and sound!
IF AMERICA DOES NOT WAKE UP
