From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED] writes: I'd have to disagree here. If we can never know we are right about anything how are we ever going to get the victory over the powers of darkness? john: There you go. And the answer is -- sin is not
the problem.
jt: How do you know it is not? If you are not dealing
with it on a daily
basis then it surely is a problem. If Jesus had yeilded to any of the three
temptations offered to him in the wilderness, would he have been a 'sinner?'
He left us an example that we should follow IN HIS STEPS and His example
is impossible for people who don't know
anything. It just won't happen?
Victory is a done deal -- it already happened, is happening and will be completed. How? Without holiness noone is going to see the Lord
but then we've
gone over this before and you reject this part of
truth.
Argue with Paul.. He is the one who wrote I Cor. 8:1-3.
I'm not talking about eating things offered to
idols. In our generation
sin is much more pervasive
and our idolatry expresses itself in all kinds
of other ways... but if you don't want to know God will
never force it
on you.
