john: How does this solve the problem if we undersand the problem to be a sense of assurance about our knowing "the truth?" I agree, the "word " is at the center of what we should be about -- but does that mean that honest students cannot be wrong?
jt: If something is not in line with what is written in
the law and prophets we can know it is darkness and error which is
why we need to understand God's Word and learn to know His Ways.
