Aye the Maker’s Diet looks quite interesting.  www.mercola.com is pushing it a lot (along with his own book which I grabbed a month or so ago).  I like juicing, just not the cleaning up J

Chris, Since you seem to be taking your St. John’s Wort lately,  I thought it might be safe to ask: Do you know of any scientific studies that show the benefits of keeping a diet according to Levitical dietary laws?  Have you had a chance to read “The Maker’s Diet” by Jordan Rubin? It just came out April 1, and my Sweetie and I thought it was very good. We have also gotten into “juicing” lately—delicious. Izzy
