Lucas is the only death row inmate to ever receive clemency from Governor Bush.   jt: What you leave out is telling Chris.  Why did Governor Bush stay Henry's execution?  Because there was no way he could have committed the crime for which he received the death penalty - which was the murder of "orange socks" in TX while he was roofing in FL.   Hmmm ...
