Also, keep in mind that most email programs already identify the one who
wrote the original (or previous) response, in one form or another, as the
one I use did below.
Look at the above -- a blue line indicating previous post and a header identifying the original author, all due to highlighting with the mouse, hitting copy and then clicking on "reply: or "reply to others." I see this used occasionally, I use it most of the time (yes, John IS a good boy.)
