When I offer a "quote" without a reference, as I often do, I am going by memory.   Sometimes that memory is not as accurate as could be.    I was actually refering to Phil 2:3 but using more of the wording of Rom 12:3. 

Phil 2:3 NASV " ...  with humility of mind let each of you regard one another as more important as himself."
