There are next door neighbors and there are good Samaritan neighbors. I have met both kinds. I have lived in the city and I have lived back in the sticks so far they had to pipe the sunshine in. Even lived in a trailer park a couple of times. I have had good neighbors in every instance. Guess it's a good thing I never lived in the 'burbs or had a garage door.
