How fortunate to get such a great seat Izzy, I know it had to be one of the major events of a lifetime and so I rejoice with you.  I can accept Terry's preference, he reminds me of "Barney White" a deceased uncle of my husbands, (originally from Mississippi) who had a similar attitude toward the Government (possibly for different reasons). Barney used to say that "he wouldn't go out there to the stomp (outside the front door) to see the President if he was having a meeting out there"...

But Lance .. is a whole other kettle of fish.  I suspect he may have been brainwashed by the liberal Canadian media.  I saw two of them on TV last night both Toronto newspapermen - The discussion was about why in a recent poll 40% of Canadian teenagers said they believed that America is evil.  Noone believes they just pulled this out of the air and I'm certain there would not be a similar consensus if American teenagers were questioned concerning Canada in spite of Canada's refusal to help the US in time of need.   Another red flag is that Canada has just given Al Jazeera a permit to broadcast over their airwaves but has refused Fox News.  Selah!!

Well, I know you have all been on pins and needles to know what happened!!! J I not only got to SEE the President, and listen to him speak not 12 feet in front of me for 45 minutes, but my son and I arrived at just the right time to be let into the VIP section right in front of the President.  I got to tell him Im praying for you Mr. President, to which he said Thank you and shook my hand as he looked me right in the eye.  I think I can go to heaven right now, because nothing is ever going to top that.  I screamed my lungs out at the rally tonight; so wonderful to be in the company of such great folks.I wonder why God is so good to me  Thank you Lord!!! God bless America, and God bless GW.    Happily, Izzy  (Somebody was obviously praying for me todayTHANK YOU!!!)

Glad you enjoyed your evening Iz.  Different strokes for different folks I guess.  I wouldn't walk to the mailbox if every politician in the world was waiting there, but if that's what floats your boat, go for it.
Terry
