Furthermore, they don’t CARE what the laws say.  (Unless they are one of the very rare decent human beings.)  You can quote the law until the cows come home but it is not going to override what these little “gods” want things to be.  They only care about their personal biases, which are usually anti-big corporation, anti-“rich”, anti-white, anti-males, etc. Izzy

The CP candidate is Peroutka.

In my court experience, the best ones I've seen are the judges who are non-lawyers or Believers. Most of them...judges, lawyers, prosecutors, etc. are buddies and hang out together, play golf, go for weekend seminars, sleep with each others partners (YES, it really happens). They trade off convictions for each other all the time.

In defense of judges, what you say about them not reading the laws is very true. They don't. They don't have every case citation applicable tot he case at hand memorized, nor can they be expected to. This is why when the respondent, or the petitioner in some cases, needs to cite case law in their documents for the court. Most lawyers don't do that for their clients. The client must make the record full, or the client will lose. Sometimes they lose even when they make the record full, and that's why there are higher courts, grievances to be files, news media, etc.

Kay, Who is the candidate they are running for the CP party?  The problem I see with the courts is simply this: once a man/woman is elected or worse yet appointed to a judicial seat he becomes a little god.  Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.  They are almost NEVER removed from that position for the rest of their life.  So they (usually Democrats by the way if you did a survey of judges across the country) become incorrigible monsters after just a few years.

One lawyer told a group of us work-comp. nurses that a judge does not every consult the “laws” to determine his ruling.  He first decides what HE wants the ruling to be, and then he quotes whatever law or case history that will support that decision.  And it doesn’t really matter if he can support his decisions or not—it’s a good old boy club in which appeals are very RARE, as they all support each other. THIS is why I always vote NO in every election when a judge’s term is up for reelection. That my rule: vote Republican and NO.  (except the very rare cases where yes is actually not going to raise taxes or reelect a judge.)  Izzy

questions were if they REALLY support gun ownership and the right to bear arms. I also spoke to him about problems I've seen in the court system...violation of 1st, 4th, 5th, 8th, and 14th amendment rights to begin with. I've personally heard judges tell litigators that there is no constitution in their court room. Do they REALLY support and defend parents' rights to the care, custody and discipline of their children, family rights, including the choice to homeschool our children, have homebirths, prayer in public schools and the opting out of immunizations?? Are they really against same-sex marriages, abortion, and the legalized kidnapping of children by the state? I asked them to send me the proof. How do I KNOW this man will really do as he says?
