I don't condemn Bill Clinton, IMO he is a troubled soul who didn't have much of a childhood but he did have a burning ambition without the moral fortitude to withstand the accompanying temptations and he is now driven by addictions and personal demons. What IYO made him a "better President"? Is it the fact that he did nothing when challenged other than lob a few missiles into the air?
