(If you didn’t, I assure you that I prayed my heart out for it, and so did everyone else who is grieved by evil.)  Do you remember how hard the devil tried to steal the election from GW Bush?  And now, in spite of God’s miraculous answer to our prayers, we have a nation of complainers and whiners, who just cannot be satisfied unless Jesus Christ Himself is sitting in the Oval Office.  (Guess what—you would still whine and complain!)  It reminds me of the Israelites, who quickly forgot how miraculously God had delivered them from the bondage they were in, and immediately started murmuring against God for everything that wasn’t yet perfect.  God got just as sick of them as I am of you.   Guess what, folks, we aren’t yet in the Promised Land.  This isn’t heaven, it is earth.  And GW is not JC!  However, we have a lot to be grateful for.  And what is not yet perfect about America, or the President, or the laws of the land, are not going to be corrected by whining and complaining.  It takes prayer and hard work, humility and a grateful heart to change things for the better.  So get a grip, and kwitcherbitchin!!!  Izzy     Matt 16:11 But whereunto shall I liken this generation?
