What was so exciting about Lance's comment and what
did he teach you other than to totally disregard the
intent of the author? The verse in Ezekiel that
Lance drags out - which he claims implies the earth is flat is speaking
about the land, country, district, county. Give me a break. If I
were you I would find another teacher ... this is wresting scripture at
best. jt
I
study Scripture to study Scripture, to experience Kavanah, and to be able to
discuss Scripture with other people. Generally I don't care if I agree
or disagree with someone on a particular subject. The important thing is
that we both be passionate about Scripture and be willing to listen to each
other.
To
argue? By all means!
You're right, Judy. It doesn't take much to excite me. I guess I must
be one of the simple, eh?

Dosen't take much to excite some
people ..... Do you study the scriptures just so that you can argue
Slade?
Judyt
LANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That's a great argument! I never thought of that
before.
Thanks for teaching me today.

'I agree with the Scriptures
that'...well, when the four corners of the earth are spoken of they
'mean' that the earth is flat.

Kryptonite Theory of Sin
Judyt: I have not compartmentalized
anything; this is your construct. I agree with the scriptures
that
man consists of spirit, soul, and body,
just as the Godhead consists of Father, Son, and
Spirit.
Neither are compartmentalized. Both
are one.
