[TruthTalk] The Divine Conspiracy

I am making a book recommendation to any/all of you on TT: The Divine Conspiracy by Dallas Willard.  I decided to read it, although it looked pretty thick and deep (ie: time consuming!), after reading that the foreword was written by an author I highly respect, Richard Foster.  He writes, "A masterpiece and a wonder...the book I have been searching for all my life."   My husband and I are reading this together (and I cheat and read ahead while he is at work during the day because I can’t wait.) I am struck by how many topics we have discussed on TT that are addressed in this book, and I have barely started.  I am even more struck by the brilliant way the author makes the complicated clear, and excites me about the wonders of Jesus.  I’d like to go into more detail, but will wait to see if anyone is interested.  But, trust me, you cannot read this book w/o being changed!   Izzy
