To the extent that one (anyone on TT) 'interprets' that one is an activist for that interpretation.As you read TT over time you will come to 'see' those 'that have ears to hear' and those that don't.

I wasn't aware that the Supreme Court used "open dynamic theology" to negate precious court decisions>   Do you have an example?

And  --   what does that have to do with my comments?
