The Supreme Court decided that there was a fictitious right for women to abort living, healthy unborn children. They did this based upon some imaginary "rights" that they suddenly discovered in the Constitution (which by the way nobody can find by reading it). Just another example of ungodly men pulling something out of thin air to justify their own opinions, instead of basing their rulings upon the actual Constitution. This was the first and only time they made such a ruling without the benefit of ANY judicial precedents, I believe. In America laws are supposed to be made by the legislative branch of gov't--not by the judicial. And any needed changes to the Constitution are supposed to be made by the desires of the majority of the citizens and the legislature.
Why is it, Lance, that you seem to have no problem with abortion on demand? I thought you were Catholic. My brother is Catholic and that is the ONLY issue he ever bases his votes upon. Are you aware that women abort for any reason at any time during their pregnancy, up until and including the moment of birth? Do you realize that they are murdering, without benefit of anesthesia, by cutting up into pieces or by burning to death in an acidic salt solution, or by actually puncturing and sucking out the infants brain and crushing the skull during delivery? How can this not be abhorrent to anyone with the indwelling Holy Spirit? I find it revolting to have to write it down.
