Sorry. Sometimes terms imbed so deep in the psyche, one assumes all know the definitions.

An anti missionary is someone who fights against the missionary activities of another. Within my context, a Jewish antimissionary uses Scripture and/or Oral Tradition to prove Christianity false, Jesus is not the Messiah, and that the only true faith is Judaism.

I've seen more than a few Messianic fellowships dissolve and split because a number of attendees fell victim to the tactics of the antimissionary and renounced their faith in Yeshua.

It's very sad. They're also highly effective. That's why much of what I do is to counter the antimisionary.

Slade,

Also, in view of your conclusion,  "In conclusion, Messiah as revealed in Jewish Intertestamental Literature suporrt both the idea that the Jewish Messiah has a divine origin or that he was a lowly human orign.  However, the vast majority of texts support a divine Messiah, contrary to the Antimissionary who claims Judaism never believed in a Messiah who is also the God Avraham, Isaac, and Jacob,"      Why was Christ rejected as Messiah, divine, and the son of God, by the Jewish leadership of the day?   And, what is "antimissionary?"

John

Good paper, by the way.
