Lance, do you, by any chance, see any problem with John saying: "Logic" is just another word for "making sense" and then arguing later that logic and reason is not the same thing, even arguing that a conclusion in logic always has wording that is found in the major and minor premise?
Lance, do you recognize that only deductive logic results in a conclusion that always has wording that is found in the major and minor premise?
