jt: Bob the Builder videos are at the level of our
2yr old grandson; they have a theme-song and Bobs famous line is "Can we fix
it?" - "Yes we can". At our house if you ask the question our
grandson always responds with "CAN" which is cute from a 2yr old.
As for God the Creator in our generation natural
generation determines nothing so far as He is concerned - today spiritual
generation is where it is at and it is impossible to please Him without
faith - but then you don't accept the outcome of the fall do you?
I listen to a guy from Australia who references
'Bob the Builder' often. Who is this guy anyway?
As God is the Creator, He is the Father of All.
None were 'generated' by Satan, IMO.
No we don't Lance, in fact "The fatherhood of God
and the brotherhood of man" is a Masonic concept straight from the ancient
mysteries. Terrys use of the term "My God" tells me that he has a
personal relationship with his God through Christ. This
"inclusionary mindset" is something other than the "mind of Christ"
because Jesus Himself made the division when he said that His mother and
brothers were those willing to do the will of the Father.
jt: Starting the New Year with "Bob the
Builder" :) Praying that you will all be blessed with all spiritual
blessings in Christ over the coming year.
Postscript:On being picky, picky, picky..I
do understand your meaning when you speak of 'My God' but, part of
the discussion re:the orthodox faith has to do with this exclusionary
mindset. Don't we all believe in THE FATHERHOOD OF GOD AND THE
BROTHERHOOD OF MAN when adopting a more inclusionary
mindset?
Just before you, or others, respond just
let me get out my bulletproof shield.

Calvin
contends that only the elect ( chosen before the world was created)
are saved.
By adopting that belief, he is saying that no one but
the elect can enter Heaven, therefore God created billions of people
over thousands of years, just so He could condemn them to eternal
damnation with never a moment when they could have been saved.
I
know my God better than that. Calvin
sucks.
