Kicking off, as it were, another year one needs to be cognizant of the reality that some possess a 'perceptometer' that is often in the 'off' position.
One will unnecessarily expend vast amounts of much needed energy through continually asking one's kitty to play chess with one. So, if you're waiting on your 'kitty' to make the first move, just stop it!
