I have previously considered all of the points raised by you. On the whole, I concur. The 'package' is rarely tied up as neatly as rationalism wishes (rationalism & wishes, now there's an interesting connection). This, once again, is the approach I perceive you, David, to hold. It, IMO, is untenable.
