Biology and Zoology. My area of specialty was evolution and
ecology.

No. I taught as a graduate student while working
toward Masters and Ph.D. degrees.

No. I thought you knew that I am a Creationist. I only said
that evolutionary PROCESSES have been demonstrated in the
laboratory. Most of us in evolutionary biology conduct our studies
outside the laboratory. The lab is not a requirement to do
science. Most of my studies were always conducted in the field, outside
the lab. Evolutionary theory is scientific because it is based upon
empirical observations and known natural laws. It also has the potential
to be falsified by empirical observations. This is what we mean in
science when we say that a theory is scientifically testable.

It enables us to understand the processes that effect the genetic pool of
organisms and the changes they undergo as they adapt to a changing
environment. From the observation of small changes in organisms, we can
postulate what might happen on a larger scale. Micro evolution can
disprove the likelihood of macro evolution, or it might give someone an
understanding of natural processes that could be used to explain current
diversity observations.
I don't know if you want me to comment on your "Reasons." I agree
with some of them but not all. I don't want to appear condescending
so I will stop here.
Peace be with you.
