In his "Truth and Tradition Episode 2," he claims that Jesus was born the first day of the Feast of Tabernacles, Tishri 15.  But he follows this with astronomic proof that Jesus was born on Tishri 1, which I believe is the more probable Fall date.  This is not much to quibble about.  Rood's teaching is far closer to the Scriptural account than most of Western Christianity.
