David, I just told my step-son and step-daughter yesterday that I believed
you would be preaching and trying to do God's will regarding Terri S. Thank
you for being there. Our hearts are with you. Izzy

Yeah, probably me. I cannot do much of anything without this being on my
mind. It is not Terri passing on so much as the Judicial idiocy in the
situation. They have made it illegal for anyone to bring Terri water. I
went down to the Hospice on Tuesday and tried to bring her water and believe

God to allow her to swallow it. The police, of course, threatened to arrest

me and would not allow it. I backed off to continue preaching. I preached
also at the Federal Courthouse how this Judge James Whittemore is supporting

another Judge, George Greer, who has made it illegal to obey Jesus Christ's
teaching in Matthew 25 that the righteous give water to the thirsty. The
Judiciary is suppose to interpret the mind of Congress for the people, and
they have failed to do that in this situation. Judge Whittemore has snubbed

his nose at Jesus Christ (Mat. 25), snubbed his nose at Congress, and
snubbed his nose at the President of the United States. It is a runaway
court, a corrupt court, a lawless court. They are drunk with the ideology
of the Judiciary. I had a banner out there that said, "ICHABAD" (meaning,
the Glory of the Lord has Departed) and under that it said on one side,
"UNJUST JUDGES" and on the other side, "LAWLESS COURTS." I preached
righteousness and rebuked the corruption and blindness of this court system.

When I finished preaching at the courthouse, a thirty-eight year old man by
the name of Henry Hollingsworth came up to talk. I asked him if he knew the

Lord, and he said that was what he wanted to talk with me about in private.
I said Jesus died public on a cross, so being here with me in front of this
Federal Courthouse was as private as we needed to be. Let's talk now. He
said ok, so I shared the gospel, perceived he had some knowledge of Christ
and was read to believe. Henry said he wanted to get right with God. He
repented of his sins and asked Jesus to save him. We walked several blocks
away to a city park where I baptized him for the remission of his sins in
the park fountain.

This Terri Shiavo case is still heavy on me. There is a lot of spiritual
battle in the heavenlies over this situation. Please keep praying. Lord
willing, I will be back at the Hospice tonight (about 80 miles from here).
There are a lot of Catholics there and some of them make it difficult. The
"woman in charge" has forbidden me from preaching there. She wants everyone

to dress in black and be mournful and melancholy. I guess she has no hope.
I obliged her on Tuesday but I'm not sure I will oblige her tonight. I'm
praying about it. Is there not a cause?

Peace be with you.
David Miller.
