If Tom Wright is not one-third wrong in his teaching, then his statement that he is wrong one-third of the time is NOT humility. Humility is soberly acknowledging your weaknesses, not exaggerating them. When a person exaggerates his weaknesses and errors, that is called self abasement and it is a grave sin. It is lying too, but it is even worse than lying. I am sorry that for some, a hero of the faith would be a man like this. Peace be with you.
