ON JOE SMITH:
I found him to be very illiterate and impudent desperado in morals, but, at the same time, he had a vast fund of low cunning.

ONE OF THE WITNESSES SAYS JOE CAUGHT A WHORING SPIRIT!
Rigdon said "The leaders of the church were monsters in human form; that Joseph was cut off for his transgression, that Joseph Smith departed from the living God, and like David and Solomon he contracted a whoring spirit and that the Lord smote him off from the earth" Evans p 91 Messenger and Advocate, Jan. 1, 1845, page 75.

LEVI LEWIS states, that he has "been acquainted with Joseph Smith Jr. and Martin Harris, and that he has heard them both say, adultery was no crime. Harris said he did not blame Smith for his (Smith's) attempt to seduce Eliza Winters &c.;"

SALT LAKE TRIBUNE Oct 6 1875
"the first well authenticated case of polygamy took place in which Joseph Smith was "sealed" to the hired girl. The "sealing" took place in a barn on the hay mow, and was witnessed by Mrs. Smith through a crack in the door!"

William Law's wife stated in 1844 "Joseph  had asked her to give him half her love; she was at liberty to keep the other half for her husband"

"A common misconception concerning Joseph Smith's polyandry is that he participated in only one or two such unusual unions. In fact, fully one-third of his plural wives, ELEVEN of them, were married civilly to other men when he married them. If one superimposes a chronological perspective, one sees that of Smith's first twelve wives, nine were polyandrous" Compton p 15-16

"Joseph was very free in his talk about his women. He told me one day of a certain girl and remarked, that she had given him more pleasure than any girl he had ever enjoyed. I told him it was horrible to talk like this" Interview with William Law. March 30, 1887 Daily Tribune: Salt Lake City, July 31, 1887

"Other early witnesses also affirmed this. Benjamin Johnson wrote: 'On the 15th of May . . . the Prophet again Came and at my hosue [house] ocupied [sic] the Same Room & Bed with my sister that the month previous he had ocupied with the Daughter of the Later [late?] Bishop Partridge as his wife.' According to Joseph Bates Noble, Smith told him he had spent a night with Louisa Beaman . . . many of Joseph's wives affirmed that they were married to him for eternity and time, with sexuality included." (Compton, pp. 12-14)

Joe was a fornicator, adulterer, bigamist, he enterered into polyandrous and polygynous relations. The bible forbids a woman to have more than one man (who would be the father) The bible condemns marrying sisters or Mother & daughter. Joe tried it all, he was a PERVERT who liked little girls.

Please dont quote B.M. to me.  It means nothing as it was written by a crafty, adulterous man named Joseph Smith.  Izzy

I agree, Izzy, and by now you should know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints teaches enduring to the end IN CHRIST--only.  You have unfortunately fallen under the very bad influence of  those blind guides who teach the traditions and commandments of men, mixed with a few select scriptures to support their craftiness.  I have a hard time believing you guys really believe these silly  assertions that we worship JS, or anyone else than Jesus Christ.  If you insist on fleeing from the true shepherd, be my guest.  But read below . . .

"O how marvelous are the works of the Lord, and how long doth he suffer with his people; yea, and how blind and impenetrable are the understandings of the children of men; for they will not seek wisdom, neither do they desire that she should rule over them.

Yea, they are as a wild flock which fleeth from the shepherd, and scattereth, and are driven, and are devoured by the beasts of the forest."  (BoM,  Mosiah 8:20-21)

No.  You must endure to the end in Christ.  Enduring to the end in JSmith doesnt cut it.  Sorry. Iz
