The following is the substantive part of the post:  Whenever you call God?s law a garbage dump you heap judgment on yourself.  First,  I do not see Linda Shield's characterization of G's wording,   but that aside,   the view I have of scripture regarding The Law is this:   it was given to the Jews and to the Jews only  -- never was it intended to be that by which the larger community of man was to be judged.   It was fulfilled by a Jew bearing the essence of an incarnate God and in this fulfillment, taken out of consideration  --  if we are dealing with the issue of "that which judges man."    In the grace of God and His tender mercies,  we are "judged" in Christ and that judgment presents us "right eous" before the Father.    Good news, indeed  !!!

Whenever you call God?s law a garbage dump you heap judgment on yourself.  Feeling blessed? Or would you even recognize what
God?s blessings felt like?or miss it if you weren?t? Izzy

If God is convicting you personallyabout your part in this I can appreciate that and you will find no condemnation from me.  However, I would very much appreciate you giving the rest of us the same consideration because it is the work of the Holy Spirit to convict of sin, righteousness, and the judgment to come.
