LDS teach a Universal Salvation as in "ALL" below.
Salvation is analogous to ressurection and accomplished by Jesus & grace
Exhaltation is where you end up; eg in which heaven and by "us" & our works.
There is no ressurection of damnation (JN 5:29) in LDS theology that I am aware of.
maybe one of the LDS guys could fill us in on this.

shall be a resurrection of the dead, both of the just and unjust.
