I am thinking that the problem occured with the moderator. I just noticed the subject mater above: "JD's short Answer" is not my doing. That must have been changed by someone moderating.

I say preachers without an anointing are all wasting their time. We were in Bath N.C. the other day and visited
the first Church built in that State in 1734. The pastor's name was Garcia and in the video at the Visitor's Center he is quoted as having said that whenever he preached about sin his parishoners came down hard on him. At the Church itself there was a short history in which Garcia is said to have been from Spain and spoke little or no English. So who knows what the parishoners were hearing - so much for the truth of history :) - An interesting aside was Whitfield's visits to Bath and folklore says he was not received one time and cursed it to remain forever a small town. Our guide believes he fulfilled a scripture in Matt by shaking the dust from his feet and he did visit Bath more than once. He is said to have travelled with his casket in tow. Hey Kevin - do any of you street preachers do this? :)
Linda -- you are kidding, of course !!!??? Let's just say that you and I completely agree of the term "lost." And kevin even agrees. Your question below implies a blatant uncaring about those of the "lost" that did not respond to the Message. Our preaching of the Gospel should never offer those who reject that message good reason to walk away. Those , whether SP or evangelist - who belittle and humiliate and make fun -- are giving reasons OTHER THAN THE HEARING OF THE "TRUTH" TO WALK AWAY.
