Not true, Lance. We all influence one another to varying degrees, which is why the Scriptures warn us that in the church, we should put away wicked people. Everyone tries to maintain their integrity and keep from being moved from what we know to be true, but while this is going on, there also is some hearing. Truth ultimately takes root in the hearts of those who have ears to hear. We all move toward each other in some way, but that movement is so slow that some people just do not recognize it. Sometimes, too, we find ourselves moving away from another. The point is that some of us indeed do grow and change over time. Peace be with you.
