Writing & Lance - definition of an oxymoron

As to the 'many writers' thingy, I'd say not when you've written those wonderful accounts growing out of your own life.

Many writers on TT are far more talented than this cat.  But my husband thinks I should write more.  Am praying about it.  Perhaps when I retire to the country? J Thanks, anyway.  How about yourself? iz

I wish that you'd write more stories that come from your life. (block party, going to a ball game, sitting on a curb eating ice cream with your daughter, quilting) You write well. Such as these are uplifting and encouraging to all who read them. Do you have another book in you?

consistently, there is no NT segment where law and grace are considered on equal footing--grace has always existed--law 'was added' in (a) time, for a particular historical context (Rom 5:20)

grace which transcends history is exclusive of law in every NT context where they appear together

Rom 6:14, 15 has always been true--there, grace is not dependant on anyone's explanation/s

grace, perennialy present, cannot be 'set aside' (Gal 2:21), certainly not for any/one's temporal laws

grace, not law which had to be added later, was God's guide in dealing w/ Abraham (Gal 3:18)--hundreds of years before Sinai which even Moses' and his brother Aaron and sister Miriam defied, even while God's grace overcame them

indeed some ppl abandon grace or turn away from grace for law practices, like you want us to do (illicitly, acc to the NT, Gal 5:4)

forget it

in sum, grace has nothing to do with law except in slick but confusing semi-dispensational thinking like yours

..by faith we eagerly await through the Spirit the righteousness for which we hope.
For in Christ Jesus..The only thing that counts is faith expressing itself through love..

(Gal 5)
