Terry, idolatry IS a tradition in the RCC.  And if idolators are walking in darkness, how can light and darkness have fellowship? There are some within the RCC who reject Mariology, etc.  However, eventually they come out if they have that much light.  Our church is full of such folks.  iz

The only one I see saying the above is you, Lance.  Idolatry is not a tradition.
