Hang on. Surely you don't hear anybody saying we will always sin, or always
fail to love. The claim is that we will not do all the loving that we ought.
(This is a similar mistake to the one you made with Lance's statement about
interpretation, suggesting he was making the claim that all interpretation
was error.)

such a blight on the gospel of Jesus Christ to teach that believers in
Christ will always sin. Jesus was manifest that he might put love in our
hearts and cause us to love one another. We know that we are in him when
we
love one another. Said another way, we know that we are in him when we do
not sin.
