I know several who bread bread with me. Maybe your sin of "unloving speech" keeps your sister in law away. I don't know. I do this -- BEING A CATHOLIC HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH ANYTHING YOU MENTIONED.

Error is present within both. There is no DMC, Lance. Somehow you just don't get it. There are only the churches of the Lord Jesus Christ. I refuse to compete with Jesus like the RCC does, so you will never find a DMC. You and I define God's Spirit differently. You might like to know that a catholic man deceived my sister into adultery and divorce and has caused my family all manner of heartache which has continued for more than a decade to this very day. A catholic also married my identical twin brother, and I see the hypocrisy there. I constantly tell her that I'm a better catholic than she is in regards to the moral teachings of her church. My own mother came out of Roman Catholicism and will not step foot again in a Roman Catholic Church. So there are personal issues here to consider when you talk about the RCC and "faithfully serving God." How about naming just one Roman Catholic who I can invite over to my house, who will break bread at the Lord's table together with me and my family, and who will join us in worship and the teaching of God's Holy Word. If I can meet just one, then maybe I will believe that there are many. I meet many Roman Catholics at abortion clinics protesting, and we can stand together on that cause, but that is not the same thing as fellowship in the Lord. I've had RC's invite me to participate in their mass, but I refuse if I cannot break the bread with them. What hypocrisy, to call me their brother in Christ and then refuse me communion. Talk about confusion. Lest you misunderstand, I believe that God's Spirit works within the RCC just as he does throughout the world, calling people unto him, but to characterize the RCC as being comprised as "faithful servants" of God like those found in the congregations where I fellowship... that is going a bit too far. Just in the area of pedophilia they have us beat, not to mention adultery, divorce, etc. Peace be with you.
