On what basis do you make such an amazing and heretical claim? What is your
authority, your foundation for this idea?

You can know that you are not speaking by the Spirit when one of your
statements turns out to be false. When you speak contrary to the Scriptures
or contrary to the collective witness of other Spirit filled men and women,
you are not speaking by the Spirit. The Spirit and the Word always agree.

Peace be with you.
